wooden, of timber construction studio treen is the creative vehicle for Jonathan Davies BDesArch + MArch. After graduating from the University of Sydney with Honours Class I & University Medal, I worked at the offices of Bureau SRH and JPW before returning to Europe in 2012. Postgraduate studies were concluded at Umeå Arkitekthögskola, complemented by a term spent on Erasmus exchange to the Arts University Bournemouth and short courses with the AA, CAT and DCRS. My international education has instilled an admiration for the innate wisdom of the vernacular; the accident of being raised in Britain's verdant countryside a passionate interest in improving our appreciation of and relationship with nature.
